Your appointment is important to us, and we allocate time and resources to provide you with the best service. Please keep these policies in mind:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly request a minimum of 26 hours' notice. Cancellations within 26-50 hours may incur a $25 fee, and cancellations with less than 26 hours' notice or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.
Adjusting Your Booking
If you need to modify your appointment details or timing, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Timely communication helps us accommodate your needs and ensures a seamless experience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to adjust your booking with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $25 per 30 minutes of downgraded booking time may apply, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. We aim to provide flexibility while respecting our professional time.
If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please let us know. While we'll do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration or the need to reschedule. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
